1. Parties and Scope

These Terms govern use of Motta Sport by dealers and end users.

2. Service Scope

Sportswear design catalogue, online customisation and order flow, dealer panel and order tracking.

3. Account and Access Security

Account security is your responsibility; report unauthorised access immediately.

4. Order and Approval Process

Orders become final upon electronic confirmation; orders in production cannot be amended.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform interface, software, templates and content belong to Motta Sport and/or its licensors.

6. Prohibited Use

Prohibited: IP infringement, security bypass, false orders, automated bot access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Production quality, delivery time and product compliance are the responsibility of the authorised dealer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms with prior notice via the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law; courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
